What are the payment options?

The Crosiete wants to assure the quality of our service to our dear customer. The team provides Cash on Delivery payment in a way wherein you can receive the item before paying so you are aware that you received the product.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do not sell gift cards but we assure our customer that our customer purchase worth 500 above, we can conclude gift cards based on their request.

What is your return policy?

The team return policy only occurs and happen when our product that our customer received is deffective, broken or damage. We will give you 7 days to return to product and exchange it so you can still enjoy the product.
